For the 2026 training year, we are looking for an apprentice as:
Machineand Plant Operator (m/f/d) — Specializing in Metal Technology
Your Training:
As an machine and plant operator, you will become a true metal professional with us. They learn:
- Setup, maintenance, and repair of machinery
- Monitoring production processes
- Basic principles of cold forming and thread manufacturing
- Quality control and documentation
- Duration: 2 years
- Type of teaching: Dual system (vocational school + on-site)
- Vocational school: Berufskolleg des Kreises Olpe (Attendorn campus)
Your Profile:
In addition to strong communication skills and cooperation skills, you also need:
- Secondary school diploma (with good grades in math and physics)
- Technical interest and manual dexterity
- Willingness to do physical work
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
