Environmental Management Integration — ISO 14001:2015
In 2023, GRAEWE’s management made the strategic decision to introduce, implement, andcontinuously maintain an environmental management system in accordance with ISO14001:2015. Following several months of intensive preparation and employee training, the system was successfully audited and certified by TÜV Nord in January 2024.
This achievement marks an important milestone — not only ensuring compliance with statutory environmental regulations, but also reaffirming our long-standing commitment to sustainable and responsible manufacturing practices.
Environmental management in line with ISO 14001:2015 forms an integral part of our overall operational strategy. Its primary objective is to minimize the environmental impact of our production processes while enhancing efficiency across all stagesof manufacturing and logistics.
By implementing this system, we demonstrate our ongoing dedication to meeting regulatory requirements and, more importantly, to continuously improving ourenvironmental performance.
The seamless integration of the environmental management system into our existing quality and process management framework underscores GRAEWE’s responsibility towards environmental protection and our active role in promoting a sustainable future for the fastening and precision turning industry.
At a time when environmental considerations are becoming increasingly critical, this certification represents a decisive step forward. We will continue to optimizeour processes, reduce our ecological footprint, and contribute to theresponsible and sustainable development of our industry.
